On 17 February 2024 THRA will be holding a full day excursion to Patterdale, the former home of renowned colonial artist, John Glover. In recent years Patterdale has been restored by its current owner who will take us on a tour of the house, studio and property, describing the process of conservation and indicating where Glover painted many of his important paintings.
The tour will include lunch and a tour of the restored house and studio. Cost, including bus transport to and from Hobart, is $100 per member. This is a members-only excursion.
